Watermain Construction: Atherton Road from Belsay to Cherylann

The City of Burton is proud to announce that we will be constructing a public watermain on Atherton Road from Belsay Road to just west of Cherylann Dr. Construction will begin the week of April 15, 2024, and continue through approximately June 2024. Included in the water main is hydrant installation, ditching grades, and driveway approach repairs/removals etc.

There may be times driveway approaches will be affected by the project. We will work with everyone to maintain access to homes and businesses. A City of Burton inspector will always be on site during the construction, please find him or call the office (810) 742-9230 if you have any problems with access
