COVID-19 Vaccination Pre-Registration

 Pre-registration for a future COVID-19 vaccination is available through the Genesee County Health Department at the link below:

By submitting this request, your information will be recorded for a future date when the vaccine becomes available.  You will be contacted by a Genesee County Health Department representative at a later date, by email or phone to schedule an appointment.  Appointments will follow the State guidelines for prioritization.

 If you do not have access to the internet: 

Those 60 and older and/or fall in the 1B category may call the Burton Senior Center and the staff will enter their COVID Vaccination Pre-Registration information for them.  Call the Senior Center between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday.  The Senior Center also has a recording to leave information after hours and they will submit the information the next day.
